Problem Solving in Leadership 2

The ability to recognize and solve problems is a gift from God. Unfortunately, most people just identify problems and talk about problems. But world changers are the people who solve problems. Your ability to recognize problems is an indication of the fact that you have what it takes to solve them. When you solve problems, you pave way for your greatness. This is because there is a direct correlation between problem-solving and reward. The rewards you will attract into your life are directly proportional to the kind of problems you solve. The more problems you solve, the greater the reward. The more problems you solve, the more you improve on your problem-solving ability.
The opportunities of life always come in the guise of problem. There are many people today moving about the streets looking for opportunities. What they failed to understand is that opportunities are hid in problems. Don’t wait for opportunity to come to you. Create a platform for yourself where you can function by beginning now to solve the little problems around you. If you are faithful in solving little problems, you will be better positioned to handle the big ones when they show up. In other words, the attitude with which you solve little problems is a reflection of how you will solve the big ones. It is the tact and care with which you solve problems that will announce you. It is what will attract more opportunities into your life. It is what will place a demand over you. Be noted as a problem-solver!
