Persistence in Leadership...

The Chinese proverb says “the temptation to quit will be greatest just before you are about to succeed.” Persistence is one of the defining characteristics of success. Time tries your confidence. It tries your determination. It tries your genuineness.  What will make you a great leader is your refusal to quit. Persistence sets the tone of how your team reacts when it faces adversity. Persistence is what gives you honor among your followers.  There is a certain joy that comes with success. You can only experience that joy by persisting in what you do until it produces the desired result.
